A highlight of my weekend was a visit to Sterling hairdressing parlour in Surrey Hills.I was in desperate need of a new haircut and from word of mouth this was the place to go.The atmosphere alone of the parlour was very unique, it embossed a vintage 50′s bona fide feel which soon carried onto my haircut.Overall I have to say probably the best salon I’ve been to in Sydney especially since my beloved sister A.K.A hairdresser moved to London.

This is my first pair of a fluoro trimmed suede chukkas, you may have noticed this trend lately across some of the big name shoe company’s especially in sneakers such as Nike and New Balance. I got my Topman chukkas as a gift and I admit at first I was a bit hesitant with the eye catching florescent base. Now I really enjoy them and they have fast become a personal favourite.

I love this Barney’s leather jacket I got from a recent Asos sale. I think I’ve learnt fast that the best tip is to never buy anything full price on Asos, as they always have coupon codes or sales every week. I managed to get this leather jacket on sale and half the original price. So YES keep your eyes peeled for those sales! Any who summer is here in Sydney so I wont be wearing this jacket to often it’s time to bring out the shorts and singlet’s I think.

A color, which is a personal favorite of mine at the moment, is burgundy. I feel you can mix and match it with just about anything, In this outfit shot I decided to wear it casual with my black skinny jeans, black leather boots and a denim jacket to top it off.

On the weekend I managed to go to the Ksubi sale in Moore park with a friend.It was a bit of a disappointing sale as there was not too much worth buying.Not to mention our detour to try to find the place!At one stage we were at the equestrian horse pavilion thinking the sale was in the vicinity.Oblivious to the numerous people on horse back we had hope and continued to search the premises! We soon awkwardly gave up and realized the sale was three blocks away.To our despair we still managed to take some photos on the road to the sale
